The Inaugural Clays for Heroes Event was held on Friday, June 19, 2020 at beautiful Selwood Farms in Alpine, Alabama. This event was held in conjunction with the Goode Foundation. Special guest at the event was Kerry Goode, former Crimson Tide running back who was diagnosed with ALS (commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s disease) in 2015. The Goode Foundation is dedicated to the support of the ALS community and a search for the cure. Teams of shooters traversed the course consisting of shooting stations requiring various skill levels. Thanks to the teams and our sponsors, LotUSA was able to present The Goode Foundation with a check for $1500 to aid in their goals. The remaining monies raised will be put to direct use by LotUSA to serve those veterans and former athletes in need.
